Frequently Asked Questions:
How do I store my Master Tonic & how long will a bottle last?

Master Tonic does not need refrigeration and lasts indefinitely without any special storage conditions as the probiotics from the Apple Cider Vinegar and antifungal, antiviral, and antibacterial compounds prevent bad bacteria overgrowth or mold.

How much Master Tonic should I take and how should I take it?

When first starting to drink Master Tonic, I recommend drinking about 1 Tablespoon per day, increasing to 1-2 oz/day.  If you have trouble getting it down, try sweetening it up with honey, chasing it with juice or broth, or can be used on salads as a dressing.

How often do I take Master Tonic?

As a daily supplement for the prevention of colds and the flu, I would take Master Tonic every single day. At the first sign of sickness (runny nose, cough, congestion, tickle in my throat, etc), I would take Master Tonic every 1-2 hours until symptoms start going away. To help with other ailments such as aches, pains, fatigue, digestive bloating,  I would take it daily.

When should I take Master Tonic?

Some people, like me, prefer to take it first thing in the morning for a boost of energy while others, also like me ;),  prefer taking it at night to help the body detox while sleeping.

Is Master Tonic safe  for children and during pregnancy/breastfeeding?

Because it is whole food based, it is completely non-toxic and can be used during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is safe for children (use smaller doses).

Who should not take Master Tonic?

Someone with an allergy to any of the ingredients (apple cider vinegar, garlic, onion, horseradish, turmeric, ginger and hot peppers).
